The overall quality of this hotel is slightly diminished by a minor issue: the indoor swimming pool, although well-maintained, can be overcrowded during peak hours.

Room was very old and uncomfortable, with broken facilities. Staff not attentive and unhelpful.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was truly magical. the decorations created a festive ambiance that we loved. the staff was warm and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. We enjoyed the spa treatments which offered a much-needed relaxation after a busy year. the indoor swimming pool and gym were bonuses we appreciated. Our room had a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the sea.
The variety of food could have been more extensive as the buffet options were limited. Wifi signal in our room was poor and very slow.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The location was perfect, situated near the shore on the west coast overlooking the sunset. The cleanliness of the apartment was great, and it was well-equipped with a huge bathroom that had both a bathtub and a shower. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with multiple pools that we could easily access when we wanted a change from our private pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food on halfboard was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.
